During our Easter holiday at this hotel, we enjoyed the convenient location, as we were able to visit many local attractions nearby. We also appreciated the helpful assistance of one staff member who went out of her way to help us find a lost bangle, even checking CCTV footage and making inquiries. the hotel offered tasty breakfast options.

Ms. Gyatri was particularly kind and helpful, helping us with the city tour and going above and beyond in locating my wife's lost silver bangle. the location of the hotel is also convenient for exploring the area, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

The breakfast provided was not up to par. It seemed to be outsourced and was not checked for quality, resulting in some disappointing meals.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ragas. The highlight was the amazing assistance from Ms. Gyatri. She went above and beyond to help me find my lost bangle, even checking CCTV recordings. I highly recommend this hotel.
